
Oatmeal Breakfast Cups (GF/DF)

- 1 cup (GF) oats (organic to avoid pesticides)
- 1 cup blanched almond flour or raw almond flour
- 1-2 tablespoons flax seed, hemp or chia seed (for added nutrients)
- 1-3 bananas mashed (varies on sweetness and level of banana-ness)
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
- 1 eggs (optional - without an egg double the milk)
- 1/2 cup of almond milk Pinch of baking soda & baking powder (optional)
Toppings:
Nuts, chocolate chips, coconut strips (whatever you want) Can also mix it in if you want or just put on top
Mix:
Mashed Bananas, eggs, almond milk then add in flour, seeds, baking powder & baking soda.
Pour mixture into cupcake pan lined with coconut oil then top with toppings.
Bake:
25-30 minutes on 180c or until edges are golden brown
